The challenge
Gibs Distributor in Sheikhupura moves hundreds of FMCG products from companies to shops across the area — and ran all of it on handwritten registers and paper bills. Stock lived in ledgers, every sale was a manual bill, and money owed by shops was tracked on paper. Closing a day took hours, and there was no quick way to know what was in stock, who owed what, or whether the month had been profitable.
How we approached it
- 01Mapped the distributor's real day — buying from companies, stocking, taking orders, delivering and collecting — before designing a single screen.
- 02Organised master data the way FMCG distribution works: companies, brands, categories and products.
- 03Built a POS and order screen quick enough for the counter, with stock updated automatically on every purchase, sale and return.
- 04Put the whole business on one dashboard: sales, expenses, profit, pending payments, and balances across cash, bank, JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
- 05Installed the system on site, trained the team, and met the owner several times after launch to refine it around how they work.

Before this, everything was in registers and handwritten bills and it was hard to keep track. Now managing the business is easy — stock, sales and payments are all in one place. I've already recommended Aiwa Logic to others in my circle.
