Our services
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and intellectual property. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The design, code, copy and branding on this site belong to us. On completion of a project, ownership of the deliverables transfers to you as set out in the agreement — including source files, design masters and documentation. Third-party names and marks used to describe our work or on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
We treat anything you share with us before a contract is signed as confidential, and we will sign a mutual NDA on request before detailed discussions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
