What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, an optional company name, the services you are interested in, your indicative budget, and your message.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — purely to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We may email you about your enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for as long as we are working with you, and for six years afterwards where accounting law requires it.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored with our hosting providers — MongoDB Atlas (database) and Vercel (website hosting), both in data centres in Mumbai, India. Where a sub-processor is involved, it is under a written data-processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aiwalogic@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single first-party value is written by the form to detect automated submissions; it contains nothing identifying and is never shared.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be drawn to your attention if you are an active client.
